In 1999 Leicester Bearings acquired the Phoenix Belting company (link to Phoenix) and while the two companies remain separate they both operate in tandem under the same unit complimenting the services provided by each other. Phoenix belting has gone from strength to strength and continues to develop as a company. Not only is Phoenix belting a success in Leicestershire and the UK but is also exporting to many customers worldwide.
